The paint rapid dispersion testing machine (commonly known as "quick hand") is used for laboratories such as paints, dyes, and inks to quickly and efficiently oscillate and disperse materials, and can conduct comparative dispersion tests of multiple materials at the same time. KS-370 type paint rapid dispersion testing machine has two types of column type and floor type, and has two configurations of clamping tank configuration and clamping bottle configuration, providing customers with a variety of choices.

1. Overview and safety precautions:
The paint rapid dispersion testing machine (commonly known as "quick hand") is used for laboratories such as paints, dyes, and inks to quickly and efficiently oscillate and disperse materials, and can conduct comparative dispersion tests of multiple materials at the same time.
KS-370 type paint rapid dispersion testing machine has two types of column type and floor type, and has two configurations of clamping tank configuration and clamping bottle configuration, providing customers with a variety of choices. The column type is more convenient to pick and place materials, and the floor type is more stable. Clamping tank configuration can hold various user-supplied material tanks (no more than 2.5L on each side, a total of 5L on both sides), bottle clamping configuration with small glass bottle clamps (4 on each side, a total of 8 on both sides) ). The supplied small glass bottles each have a volume of approximately 195mL.
The paint rapid dispersion testing machine is used in the testing process of chemical products, and users should establish appropriate safety and sanitary protection measures and determine rules and regulations in accordance with relevant safety regulations before use. Safety issues related to contact with chemical raw materials should be established by the user, and are not within the scope of this manual.

4. Installation:
5. Operation summary:
5.1. Put the materials to be dispersed and the grinding media (grinding beads) into the tank (or bottle). The material-bead mass ratio can refer to the following table.

5.2. Put the closed material tank (or bottle) into the clamping device and turn it to grip. The clamping force should be appropriate to avoid damage to the can (or bottle) due to excessive force or damage to the clamping device.
5.3. Try to avoid the use of single-side cans (or bottles). If you really need to use it on one side, hold the counterweight tank (or bottle) containing water on the other side.
5.4. If the small glass bottles are used in the configuration of the clamping tank, in order to improve the dispersion efficiency, the two small glass bottles can be clamped at a time at the symmetrical position of the single side clamping plate near the outside. Also pay attention to the balance on both sides of the clamping device.
5.5. Set the timer according to the required grinding time (randomly allocated, please refer to the timer manual), and start the machine.
5.6. After the dispersion is completed, please make sure that the machine is completely still before turning the shaker to loosen the clamping device and take out the tank (or bottle).
6, Four-hole gripper use method (only the bottle configuration is provided):
6.1. Loosen the ingot nuts at both ends and separate the four-hole holder up and down.
6.2. Place the small glass bottle in the lower holder (same as the specifications of the small glass bottle provided randomly).
6.3. Cover the upper holder and tighten the ingot nuts at both ends.
6.4. Install the entire gripper on the quick-hand gripper.
6.5. During installation, it must be noted that the two grooves on the four-hole gripper must be aligned with the cylindrical pins on the quick-hand gripper; the positioning block on the four-hole gripper must be above the quick-hand gripper.
7, Matters needing attention:
7.1. After using the new machine for 100 hours, please replace the crankcase lubricant. For daily use in the future, just check and add in time. Lubricating oil grade: Great Wall heat setting machine lubricant 4402-1.
7.2. The total mass of the holding material tank (or bottle) should not exceed 5 kg, so as not to shorten the service life of the machine.
7.3. Please do a good job of cleaning and maintaining the guide rod and screw of the gripper in time to avoid the difficulty of the advance and retreat of the grip caused by rust or residual foreign objects.
7.4. In order to prolong the service life of the machine, please stop the machine for 10 ~ 15 minutes every time after working for more than 90 minutes to allow the machine to cool down and then start again.
7.5. There will be a lot of heat when the machine is working. Please try to place the machine in a workplace with good ventilation.
