4. Product Features

Electrical configuration: main motor, pump motor, buttons, indicator lights can be matched with ordinary or explosion-proof type according to user requirements. The wall-mounted electrical boxes (the electrical appliances in the box are ordinary types) are shipped from the factory randomly. Users can install the electrical boxes in the workshop power distribution room or other suitable locations according to the site conditions, and lay the wiring according to the electrical schematic.
5. Operation Instructions
5.1. Check before operation: Check the rotation direction of the motor (in the direction indicated by the operation arrow), check the tightness of the triangle tape, and the oil level of the hydraulic station.
5.2. Turn on the power, start the oil pump motor, raise the frame to an appropriate height, and then place the container with the slurry under the disperser tray, slowly lower the frame, and insert the dispersing tray into the proper depth position in the container After the descent stops, the main motor can be started to mix and disperse the slurry in the container.
5.3. If there is any abnormal sound during the operation, the operation should be stopped immediately, the inspection should be conducted to find out the reason, and the drive can be restarted after the fault is eliminated.
5.4. Important notes
The dispersing shaft should rotate in the direction of the rotation instructions, and cannot be reversed to avoid accidents. In the absence of materials, please do not start the main machine. Before the main machine runs, the rack must be locked with a handle to prevent the rack from shaking.
Lifting transportation and installation
Lifting and transportation, this machine is a large volume equipment, there is another ring on each side of the fuselage, for the purpose of lifting, it should be tied with steel rope as far as possible to reduce vibration and shaking, and should be placed according to the packaging position when parking , Not upside down and lying down.
The installation equipment should be installed vertically on the horizontal plane with the dispersed shaft as the reference and fixed with anchor bolts on the basis of the pre-made foundation before it can be used. Please refer to the basic diagram for basic requirements. Production can only be started after the basic maintenance period has expired.
